Ryearch Ltd has completed over 30 school and college projects over the last 8 years to the value of approx £20m in the Devon and Cornwall area.

These include classroom extensions, community centres, refurbishments, and new builds, kitchens, toilets, changing facilities, play areas etc. They have all had their particular challenges with regard to access; both in relation to the public and school users, timing, architectural and contractual. Some of the projects have involved complex construction situations with temporary access points having to be fed through the working school. We address all aspects of health and safety of the pupils, staff, visitors, sub contractors and labour. For example, being aware of lessons and exams and re scheduling disruptive activities as much as possible, and securing work areas where pupils may attempt entry.
